WINE allows you to export search results to your reference management software (such as Refworks and Mendeley) using "Send to" function. In addition, you can email or print your search results.
Email, Permalink and Add to My Favorite are available from icons on the upper right of a result in the results list. For My Favorite function, please refer to the following guide.
Other "Send to" functions are available by clicking the ellipsis on the upper right of a result.
For Full Display view, "Send to" options are listed below the bibliographic information.
On the Brief Results page, check the checkboxes located to the left of each materials, and click the ellipsis at the top of the list to display the available export actions. After selecting an export action you can get the export results according to the selected format.
Click the box above the entire list, then you can find that all the checkboxes on the page are checked. (Materials per page is 10, 25 or 50)
You can export all of the search results in bulk by sending your Email address as follows.
-First, click the box above the entire list, then click "EXPORT ALL RESULTS" that appears in the center.
- Select the Export format code(Bibtex, RIS or Excel/CSV), and File Type/Encoding from the list.
- Enter your Email adress and Note, then click "SEND".
Note: The maximum number of exported results is limited to 5000 records for each of the local catalog (provided by Waseda and Keio ) and CDI search results(provided by other institution).

Send the record's details, locations, and availability information to a specified email address. To send to email, input your email address and then click SEND. If you are signed in, the Note field will appear, which allows you to include an optional note with the email. Create a permalink for the record. You can copy it and send to another person (for example, with e-mail). |
QR Code |
