The My Favorites page, which is accessed by clicking the My Favorites button at the top of each page, contains the following tabs:
Saved Records – This tab displays all of your saved records and allows you to manage your saved records. In addition, it allows you to export records individually or in bulk to various systems, devices, and formats.
Saved Searches – This tab displays all of your saved searches and allows you to manage your saved searches. In addition, it lets you set up alerts and RSS feeds, which let you know when results have changed for saved searches.
Search History – This tab displays all of your searches for the current session and allows you to manage your current session's searches.

Click the Pin icon next to the item that you want to save in the search results. The system highlights the item, changes the icon to the Pinned icon , and adds the item to the My Favorites page. If you want to remove, click the Pinned icon.
For signed-in users, the Save to My Favorites dialog box will open to users to apply no label, and existing label, or a new label to all selected records.
On the Brief Results page, you can select multiple items to save them in bulk to My Favorites. Select the check box that appears next to each item in the list. As records are added to the page, the number of selected records appears above the results. After you have selected one or more items, select the Pin icon that appears above the list of results to save all selected items to My Favorites.
Select the check box that appears above the entire list to select all items on the page. You can load more results to the page to allow the selection of more records.
Select an item or all items, and then select Choose Top 50 Results to select the first 50 records in the results list.
You can save the records that you borrowed to My Favorite from your My Library.
You can export saved records by clicking upper right ellipsis icon.
Labels allow you to group records in private lists so that you can access these records as needed in the future. You may assign multiple labels to a saved record if you want to include that record in multiple lists. To add a record to a private list, click the Add Labels button.
You can add label to some records in bulk by using check box.
Your searches automatically saved and you can browse it in "Search History" tab of My Favorites. You can performed search as same queries by clicking those saved search history. Search history will automatically disappear when the session expires unless you are not logged in to WINE.
You can access to search history form the history icon on the upper right.
You can save a search query and search again in same condition. To save a query from the results list, perform a search that you want to save and click "Save Query" which appears above the search results.
This function is only for signed in user.
The Rich Site Summary (RSS) functionality allows you to be informed of changes to results in their saved searches.
WINE allows signed-in users to receive email alerts when there is an update to the saved search query. Notifications will be sent once a week, every Saturday.
* Currently, this function cannot be used due to a problem. The issue was resolved on December 7, 2020. If you had set the alert before December 7, please set the alert again.
