Central Library has an automatic-controled closed book stack. When items in the location are needed, you can request to retrieve them via WINE terminals in the Library.
1. Available Time
It is available on every library open days.
Monday to Saturday: 9 am to 9 pm
Sunday: 10 am to 4 pm

2. How to Use
- Materials in this stack are displayed as "CENTRAL LIB-1F Research Collections Desk:Automated Book Storage" on WINE search results and detail pages. They are one of "Research Collections" and applied the same rule for borrowing, returning, renewing and holding.
- When you want to use them, follow the direction below. The retrieve system is available only via WINE terminals in Central Library.
- The system shows you a reception number. Please take a memo of it, you need to show it at the desk on the first floor.
Notice: It will take 5 to 10 minutes to retrieve materials from the automated stack.
- The materials you requested are kept at the desk on the day. After that, they are canceled and go back to the stack.
- If you are eligible and want to borrow them, ask at the desk.
3. Others
- You can retrieve items in the status of "On loan", but no items are picked up from the stack because they are actually on loan and out of the stack.
