日本国内の学会・出版社発行の雑誌に掲載された医学、歯学、薬学、看護学、医療技術、栄養学、衛生・保健などのあらゆる医学関連分野の「医学文献」が検索でき、全文閲覧・ダウンロードが可能な文献も多数含まれます。
Medical Online provides comprehensive access to and retrieval of medical journal articles, technical papers, academic association publications published in Japan, and abstracts with the option of full text download.

雑誌発行後、契約上一定期間経過後でなければPDF配信できない医学文献のうち一部について、FAXサービスをご利用できます。 利用者が直接FAXを発信することが可能です。 早稲田大学所属の利用者はFAXサービスを利用する際に料金は発生いたしません。 詳しくはこちらをご確認ください。

Users can use the fax service for some of the medical articles of which PDF files cannot be uploaded for a certain period of time after publication under the contract. It is possible for users to receive faxes directly and no additional fee will be charged. Please click here for detail

「意図的に特定雑誌を収集すること」、「意図的に機械的なダウンロードを行うこと」は禁止されています。
同一パソコン(ブラウザ)から一定時間（1時間）内に120～150論文のダウンロードアクセスが検出された時点で、自動的に該当のパソコン(ブラウザ)のみ最大で1時間の利用停止となる場合があります。
Users are prohibited to download articles consciously from specified journals and/or to download data through automatic programming.
If downloading articles (from 120 to 150) within 1 hour is detected, providers may suspend access for up to 1 hour.
