Mendeley 機関版 ／ Mendeley Institutional Edition: Guide

Mendeleyは、文献情報の管理や研究ネットワーキング、最新研究の発見を支援するための、文献管理・学術ソーシャルネットワーキングツールです。機関版では、無料版で利用できる機能に加えて、ディスク容量の増加（100GB）等を提供します。

【注意】Mendeley Web Importerは、論文の書誌情報やフルテキストファイルを自動収集する機能を持っています。その機能を利用することで、アクセスしている出版社に、短時間で大量のダウンロードを行ったとみなされ、大学全体の利用制限等を引き起こす可能性があります。ご利用時は、必要論文数（数件ずつ）をダウンロードしてご利用ください。

With the Mendeley Reference Manager, you can easily organize and search your personal library, annotate documents and cite as you write. In the institutional edition, you can save data up to 100GB. 
*It is planned to provide the institutional edition until December 2021.

利用方法 / How to use

早稲田大学のネットワークを利用できる方であれば、機関版をご利用いただけます。 
機関版を継続して利用するためには、年一回、学内ネットワーク環境からMendeleyにアクセスいただく必要があります。

You can upgrade Mendeley to the institutional edition while you are a member of Waseda University. It aquires you to log on Mendeley via on-campus network once a year to use the institutional edition.

注意事項 / Notes

早稲田大学から所属を離れる場合、機関版はご利用いただけなくなります。 
学内での最終アクセス日から起算して12か月後に、Mendeleyアカウントは無料版（2GB）へ自動的に移行されます。Mendeleyに保存しているデータの整理は、各自で行ってください。

If you leave from Waseda University, the institutonal edition will be unavailable. 
After 12 months from the last login to Mendeley via on-campus network, your account will be automatically downgrade to the free edition (2GB). In that case, you have to cut the data which is over 2GB by yourself.
